Kotzebue Sound is an arm of the Chukchi Sea in the western region of the U.S. state of Alaska, located at 66°40?N 163°0?W? / ?66.667°N 163°W? / 66.667; -163. It is on the north side of the Seward Peninsula and bounded the east by the Baldwin Peninsula. It is 100 miles (160 km) long and 70 miles (110 km) wide.
